Marketing is at the verge of an unprecedented disruption brought about by new and emerging technologies, data deluge and tectonic cultural shifts.  I wrote about it at length, in my book,  Quantum Marketing.  Connected devices are becoming very ubiquitous and every connected device is a device for marketing, if it is done non-intrusively and smartly. Marketers will have to rethink their strategies and tactics to meet customers where they are and engage them sensibly and effectively. This reframing will be volatile and exciting, and marketers need to prepare.

Michelle has had a fascinating career, working for companies including Travelocity, Gilt, Citibank, and IBM. She is now the Chief Customer Officer at @CVS Health. She has a wealth of executive and leadership experience and is an expert on brand strategy, digital transformation, and the end-to-end consumer experience. She is one of the most well-rounded marketers. I first met Michelle when we both were at Citi.
